• Joined as Development engineer and working in the end fitting component (end part of flexible pipes for oil extraction from sea bed and topside). The main job consists of:
• Planning of raw material (long lead item) for end fitting
• Painting specification for each project as per client requirement.
• Purchase specification development for forged components .
• Vendor management based on material specification.
• Review of Vendor Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) and Manufacturing Procedure Specification (MPS) and wit-ness the process time to time.
• Process and technical Audit of Vendor across Europe.
• Handling non-conformance from vendors

• Quality, process and safety audit for vendors worldwide.
• Specification review and qualification of different processes for metallic materials.
• Qualification and verification of specification of forged Yaw ring of 2.3 MW and 3.6 MW main shaft.
• Visit supplier and took part actively in the performance of the planned activities e.g. quality management au-dit, process audit etc.
• Define restriction in deliveries from specific supplier, and thereby drafting the technical contract.
• Verification of product at vendor’s end as well as at our end.
• Monitoring the status of every customer (in share point) so that it can be archived at any point of time and educate customer regarding the entry system.
