Title: Comparative analysis of cytokine responses to neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) in healthy individuals and systemic lupus erythematosus patients.
Investigated Toll-like receptor agonists and their NET inducing abilities in isolated polymorphonuclear cells, quantified NET formation using an ELISA.
Analysed cytokine responses in PBMCs from healthy donors and SLE patients following stimulation with NETs, using intracellular cytokine staining and multiparametric flow cytometry.
