Currently 100X is developing a patented strain gauge for bolts, by measuring the magnetic field of said bolt. The technology is currently being tested by some of the largest companies in mining, wind and industrial automation. The prospects are large, because the combination of high accuracy, cost-effectiveness and non-destruction, makes a full structural integrity view of mines, wind turbines, critical infrastructure etc. possible.
