WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Student Assistant in FP&A, you will assist with BI tool maintenance, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support for budgeting processes. You will work closely with the entire FP&A team, gaining hands-on experience in financial data management, analysis, report building, and budgeting.

Furthermore, your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Providing support and resolving BI-related issues within the organisation.
• Upon request, develop and optimize BI reports, including filters and structures.
• Key figure maintenance and documentation.
• Maintaining and developing hierarchies in BI tools (e.g., site and profit centre hierarchies).
• Handling various ad hoc tasks as needed.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING:
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Is currently enrolled in a relevant university programme (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics; 2nd-year Bachelor’s to 1st-year Master’s).
• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Is proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
• Ideally, has experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
• Possesses good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Is familiar with financial concepts and data analysis techniques.
