Join us in this role where you’ll support our Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects involving network equipment in offshore wind farms. These projects focus on upgrading and replacing network infrastructure across large-scale wind farms in Germany and the UK.
Welcome to Agile Delivery
You’ll be part of the Production IPL (IT Product Lines) team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with project managers and collaborate with team members located in Poland and Malaysia. You’ll support complex, international energy projects and gain hands-on experience in project management. As a team, we collaborate closely, embrace learning opportunities, and support each other's development.
You’ll play an important role in:
- assisting with budget management, tracking and updating project budgets, including actuals (hours, costs, etc.)
- updating and maintaining financial overviews
- creating professional presentations based on instructions
- providing general ad-hoc assistance as tasks and challenges arises
- organising and maintaining the structure and documentation on project SharePoint sites.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying a relevant subject such as business, finance, or IT
- have strong organisational and communication skills
- have experience maintaining SharePoint sites
- are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively
- are fluent in English (Danish or other languages are a bonus).
