Student Assistant - Digital Device Support Team

You’ll be part of the Digital Device Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage various IT support tasks essential to our operations. As a team, we prioritise collaboration and a supportive work environment to deliver exceptional service.
You’ll play an important role in:
- handling our return process for leavers’ equipment, data handling and follow-ups
- managing support tickets, distribution of end-user equipment and leaver tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions
- conducting data management tasks, including updating spreadsheets and databases
- performing onsite support tasks and floor walks
- communicating with managers to ensure equipment accountability
- supporting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
- possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- have a basic understanding of IT equipment and support processes, or equivalent experience
- are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- are eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
