Our International Centre is on the lookout for a proactive and talented student assistant to join our team of in-house consultants. Our mission is to support DTI’s proposals for European R&D projects across more than 30 technical centres.
This position is ideal for a student who values autonomy, teamwork, and gaining insights into European fundraising.
What you will do
Together with our other student assistant based in Aarhus, you will assist in tasks such as:
- Assisting in the preparation of funding proposals.
- Participating in meetings and facilitating communication with internal and external partners.
- Updating and maintaining our proposal database, including creating simple graphs and statistics.
- Helping keeping track of administrative and legal processes related to EU projects.
- Developing in-house tools to support proposal preparation.
Who you are
We are looking for a student assistant who:
- Is currently in their bachelor’s or master’s program, with at least 18–24 months of studies remaining.
- Has strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Danish proficiency is not required.
- Is proficient in MS Office, with additional skills in simple graphics being an advantage.
- Has a curiosity about AI and is eager to apply it practically.
- Has an interest in understanding EU funding systems and related policies.
Experience with EU funding programmes is a plus, but not mandatory.
You should be service-minded, able to work to deadlines while managing parallel processes and high workloads.
