Student Assistant for the Global Employment team

Join us in this role where you’ll support our company´s global growth by assisting the Global Employment team with driving and further developing our global expertise, strategies and compliance within employment law, incl. global mobility, employee tax, and employment terms and policies.

Welcome to Global Employment
You’ll be part of Global Employment team where you, together with your colleagues, will work globally and across different functions on challenging tasks, and get experience with a wide range of areas within employment law, incl. global mobility, employee tax, employment terms, and other HR legal matters. The Global Employment team operates as a global Centre of Excellence driving our corporate global strategies, positions, frameworks, and standards within global employment in collaboration with the business, HR colleagues globally, other shared functions, and external advisors.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Supporting the team with managing and further developing our global strategy and policies within global mobility (e.g. support with questions to policy, ongoing policy updates etc.)
  • Supporting the team with providing guidance to the business within employee taxation (e.g. support with external tax vendor, coordination with payroll team etc.)
  • Assisting with further development of our global frameworks, standards and templates within employment law (e.g. support with policy updates, coordination with HR colleagues globally etc.)
  • Assisting with operational tasks (e.g. coordination, updating intranet pages, archiving etc.)
  • Supporting the team with presentation material, such as PowerPoint presentations.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Are currently in the process of getting a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, HR, or organisational science
  • Have some experience in working with HR – preferably in a global company
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Thrive in a multinational environment
  • Have a global mindset and are able to build good relationships with your colleagues globally, while being an inspiring team player as well as an independent and reliable professional.
